When we started this adventure we wanted to ensure that financial barriers did not prevent parents and caregivers from accessing our programming. Please reach out to us on any of our "contact us" buttons to have a personal and private conversation about your needs. We strive to offer our retreats and workshops to all who are interested, providing "seats" on a sliding scale and when we can, at no cost, thanks to our donors and supporters who come to our fundraising events or who donate to our mission (Empowered Foundation Inc)! 

Empowered Foundation Inc is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) public charity under section 509(a)(2). This means we’re a program revenue-based nonprofit — our support primarily comes from mission-aligned services like workshops, retreats, and community programs.

By funding our work through sliding-scale fees and ticketed events, we’re able to:

• Stay sustainable
   
• Keep programming affordable (and for those who qualify, free!)
   
• Serve a wide and inclusive community of caregivers, parents, and educators
   

This public charity status reflects our commitment to access, transparency, and impact — and ensures your donations go directly toward empowering those who need it most. 

Through evidence-based retreats and workshops, we promote caregiver wellness, parenting efficacy, and community connections. Our innovative model builds long-term impact by helping families thrive—at home, in schools, and in the workplace.

There are many ways to support our families. As a participant you can "round up" to cover costs for others when you purchase your own event ticket(s), you can attend our fundraising events (they are super fun!), or you can simply donate! 

*Empowered Foundation Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization. Donations are vital to the services we provide and are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. The organization is governed by a Board of Directors, and our Bylaws are publicly available upon request.
