We try to be as descriptive as possible, but if you ever have a question—just email us! 📩
No, at this time all workshops and retreats are designed for adults age 21 and older.
Please email us privately— we have some scholarship and sliding scale opportunities made possible by our personal mission and generous donations.
As we grow, we hope that the scholarship and sliding scale opportunities—made possible by our "round-up" option at checkout, as well as our generous donors and sponsors—will allow more parents and caregivers to participate who may otherwise not be able to.
We recognize that the costs of some of our retreats and workshops may be prohibitive for some potential clients. However, our model focuses on empowering parents with tools and strategies, making it a long-term investment win—far more sustainable than hiring an advocate or consultant by the hour.
Our agendas typically include food, wellness activities, takeaways, and multiple expert presenters, all of which are factored into the cost. Please read each agenda carefully so you understand exactly how much is included in our fees.
If you need financial assistance or would like to donate to help others participate, please email us!
Yes! We love hearing new ideas and are happy to partner with you and your group.
Some examples of past partnerships include:
✅ Stress relief & self-management strategies for teachers
✅ Team-building retreats for any staff group
✅ Self-care workshops for medical providers
✅ Professional development for educators, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
✅ Training for daycare and childcare teams

We can design our training agendas around your learning targets and customize activities to fit your group’s interests and needs. Let’s collaborate!
Anyone interested in learning strategies for caregiving while carving out time for self-care and renewal. Some of our overnight retreats are female-only due to sleeping arrangements and privacy needs of our venues—please read descriptions carefully before registering.
Accommodations & Accessibility
Each application includes a section for accommodation needs, including dietary restrictions. We partner with a variety of venues—some more accessible than others—so please reach out via email so we can discuss options. From camping venues to lakeside retreats, we offer a range of experiences. Be sure to read agendas carefully to select the best fit for you! If hiking isn't your thing, we offer cooking workshops, craft-based mini workshops, and activity-light, training-heavy options to match your needs and interests.
Waivers & Photo Releases
Some retreats and workshops require additional signatures. We always include a photo release because we love sharing moments of our amazing clients learning and trying new things together! For more physical activities—such as kayaking, the Saco River cold plunge/sauna, and hiking—additional waivers may be required. Please remember that all participants are adults, fully capable of making their own decisions and assuming responsibility for themselves.
Advocacy & Consultation
We believe that all of us are advocates—and when you work with us individually, we serve in the capacity of consultants, leveraging our educational backgrounds, training, and experiences. While we’re happy to discuss your individual needs, we may encourage you to explore our workshop and retreat model first.
Why? Because we’re unique, and we like it that way! Our tribe-based approach creates lasting impact, equipping you with tools and support beyond just one meeting. Paying someone by the hour to attend meetings with you is expensive—and honestly, not really our jam. We focus on empowering YOU to navigate the journey with confidence.
Inclusivity & Accessibility
Yes! We are committed to expanding our team to include additional bilingual staff and presenters to better serve more families. Currently, one of our core team members is fluent in Spanish, and an adjunct team member is fluent in ASL (American Sign Language).
We design workshops and retreats with Spanish-speaking families and Deaf and Hard of Hearing families in mind, including yoga with interpreters. Any bilingual workshop details will always be listed in the agenda description—but don’t hesitate to reach out and ask before you commit! We’re here to ensure our events are accessible and welcoming for all.

My son’s academic performance became a huge concern once he reached middle school. We
were extremely fortunate to have Emily as the pupil services supervisor for the middle school.
From the start, she and I built a very strong partnership. Thanks to Emily’s knowledge and
expertise, all the necessary evaluations were conducted, which in turn led to my son receiving all the special education services he needed.
Emily helped me understand every evaluation and report that was produced. Without her, I would not have been able to navigate the planning and placement team/individualized education plan process.
Emily truly cared about my son and supported him during his middle school years (which included the pandemic, during which Emily went above and beyond to make sure my son could access his education), as well as his transition to high school. Emily also took the time to support me when I was feeling scared or overwhelmed. Emily has been a blessing for our family, and we will be forever grateful to her.
My husband and I would like to express the extreme gratitude we have for Emily Daigle. As a teacher myself for 20+ years, I have worked with many professionals in education. Emily is at the very top of the list for dedicated, caring professionals. She is extremely devoted to her job. Emily worked tirelessly with us to help our son (name removed), find a placement this year. There were times when Emily made phone calls when she was sick, on a vacation day, a Saturday, or even 10:00 in the evening when we were in crisis. I don't know another professional in education who shows the devotion Emily does. Emily is compassionate and truly cares about helping our son be a successful person in life. She extends compassion to our family. Emily brings to the table a wealth of knowledge and is really a brilliant individual. We are extremely thankful to have been given the privilege to work with Emily. Emily Daigle is a true gem and we will be forever grateful to have worked with her.
Choosing Emily was absolutely the best decision we ever made for our son’s needs! She took the time to build a connection with our son to ensure that he always felt safe. His therapy sessions were fun for him, which made practicing feel more like play time. She made sure that directions were easy to follow, since multi-step processes were difficult for him, and every activity had a purpose that was tailored specifically for our son’s needs. He grew and progressed more than he did in traditional school therapy programs, which has set him on a path that he would not have been able to attain without her help.
