Empowered LLC and Empowered Foundation Inc, value your privacy and the security of your financial information. We do not collect, process, or store any customer credit card or banking details directly.

All payments are securely processed through trusted Third-Party Service Providers (TPSPs) — including Zeffy (powered by Stripe), Venmo, PayPal, NMI through M&T Bank, and Eventbrite.

Each of these platforms maintains or operates through a PCI DSS Level 1–compliant infrastructure and adheres to industry standards for payment data protection:

• PayPal, NMI, and Eventbrite are independently validated as PCI DSS Level 1 compliant.
   
• Zeffy processes all payments through Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified provider.
   
• Venmo, owned by PayPal, utilizes PayPal’s secure infrastructure and encryption protocols; however, formal PCI certification documentation is maintained at the PayPal level.
   

Because all transactions are handled exclusively by these secure third-party processors, Empowered LLC and Empowered Foundation Inc never have access to or store your full payment information.

If you experience any payment concerns, disputes, or transaction issues, please contact the corresponding Third-Party Service Provider used for your payment directly, as they manage all payment verification, security, and refunds. Empowered LLC and Empowered Foundation will do our best to assist in connecting you with the appropriate provider if needed.
