Our Mission
Empowered is committed to strengthening families by equipping parents and caregivers with the support, knowledge, and tools they need to nurture their children’s development and well-being. Thanks to Empowered Foundation Inc, our nonprofit arm, and the generous support of our donors, we are able to offer low- and no-cost workshops and retreats through a sliding scale and scholarship program—ensuring every caregiver, regardless of financial situation, has access to the support they deserve.
Our intentional programming integrates self-care, reflection, and practical knowledge, fostering emotionally healthy caregivers who are better equipped to support their children. We specialize in serving families through all phases of development, including the transition to adulthood and employment, with a focus on neurodivergent individuals.

Our Model
What sets Empowered apart is our unique retreat and workshop approach, designed to promote parenting efficacy, caregiver wellness, and lasting community connection. We believe in the power of a positive feedback loop: When caregivers prioritize their own well-being, they are better equipped to model, teach, and promote healthy habits for the children they nurture.
